Bulgur salad with feta and tuna for 2 persons

Ingredients
- 200 gr. bulgur
- a dozen cherry tomatoes
- some pitted black olives
- 1 box tuna in oil
- 1 bouquet chopped parsley
- 100 gr. feta
- 2 dessert spoon olive oil
- the juice of half a lemon
Instructions
Cook the bulgur in hot salted water, once cooked (the bulgur must be tender and firm at the same time), drain and let cool.
Cut the tomatoes into 4, in a bowl mix the tomato bulgur and all the other ingredients, season with oil and lemon and add the crumbled feta.
Serve as fresh.
